Privacy Policy

1Data controller

The data controller is Imago Srl, with the registered office indicated above. For any request relating to the processing of personal data, you may contact the controller at the addresses provided.

2Data collected and purposes of processing

The loonlevel.com website collects personal data exclusively through the contact form on the page. The data collected are:

• First and last name — to identify the contact person
• Company name — to give context to the request
• Email address — to reply to the request
• Product bottled (optional) — to assess the system's compatibility
• Message (optional) — free-text content of the request

The data are processed for the following purposes:

• Handling contact requests — replying to questions sent through the form (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at the data subject's request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR)
• Related commercial communications — information on Imago Srl products and services relevant to the request (legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, with the right to object at any time)

3Browsing data

The computer systems and software procedures used to operate this website acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but by its very nature could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified. This category includes IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, domain names and addresses of the websites from which access was made, information on the pages visited, access times and time spent on each page.

These data are used exclusively to obtain anonymous statistical information on the use of the site and to check that it is working correctly; they are deleted immediately after processing. The data could be used to establish liability in the event of hypothetical computer crimes.

4Cookies

The loonlevel.com website does not use first-party profiling cookies or third-party cookies for advertising purposes. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site are used. Such cookies do not require the user's consent under Art. 122 of the Italian Privacy Code and the Italian Data Protection Authority's decision of 8 May 2014.

The site uses GoatCounter for anonymous, aggregated access statistics. GoatCounter does not use cookies and does not collect identifiable personal data.

5Processing methods and retention

Personal data are processed with computer and/or telematic tools, using organisational methods and logic strictly related to the stated purposes. Processing takes place at the controller's premises and/or on the servers of the hosting provider, located within the European Union.

Data provided through the contact form are retained for the time strictly necessary to handle the request and, if a commercial relationship begins, for the duration of the contractual relationship and for the subsequent period required by law (normally 10 years for tax and accounting records). Where there is no contractual relationship, data are deleted within 24 months of the last interaction.

6Disclosure and dissemination of data

Personal data are not disseminated. They may be disclosed to:

• Parties providing services instrumental to the controller's activity (e.g. hosting and email service providers) acting as data processors under Art. 28 GDPR
• Judicial or public security authorities, in the cases provided for by law

Data are not transferred to countries outside the European Economic Area, except where necessary to provide a service expressly requested by the data subject and subject to the safeguards provided for by the GDPR.

7Rights of the data subject

As a data subject, you have the right to:

• Access (Art. 15) — obtain confirmation of processing and a copy of the data
• Rectification (Art. 16) — request correction of inaccurate data
• Erasure (Art. 17) — obtain deletion of the data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restriction (Art. 18) — obtain restriction of processing
• Portability (Art. 20) — receive the data in a structured, commonly used format
• Objection (Art. 21) — object to processing based on legitimate interest
• Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing

To exercise these rights, write to info@imagovision.it. The controller will reply within 30 days of receiving the request. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (garanteprivacy.it).

8Changes to this policy

The controller reserves the right to amend this policy at any time, in order to adapt it to any regulatory changes or changes in processing methods. The updated version will always be available on this page. You are advised to check periodically for updates.
